The 3rd chef in our Gridiron Guest line up is Lee Westcott who opened Pensons in Herefordshire in January and previously Typing Room at London’s Town Hall Hotel.
We are delighted to welcome Lee to Gridiron for a celebration of the English bounty that heralds the arrival of Autumn. We have long been fans of his cooking where his skill with Game and local produce is particularly legendary.
At Typing Room in Bethnal Green, Lee created and cooked food that impressed meat and vegetable lovers alike, deftly applying smoke and fire to his ingredients and delivering brilliant flavours both raw and cooked.
Lee and our Executive Chef Richard Turner have created an exclusive menu celebrating the start of the Game season, paired with a selection of expertly chosen wines.
