Throughout the year we have invited a brilliant line-up of chefs to come and collaborate with us at Gridiron, sharing our passion for open fire cooking and seasonal produce.
The first chef in our Gridiron Guest line-up is Selin Kiazim of Oklava and Kyseri.
Oklava serves innovative Turkish-Cypriot cuisine, and as a restaurant, it aims to push the traditional boundaries of this rich culinary heritage.
Selin joins the Gridiron team to create a special Turkish-Cypriot menu and with a woman at the helm our Sommelier Lucy Ward has used this opportunity to celebrate a range of fantastic female wine-makers.
Terms: Tickets £65 pp to include 4 courses and wine pairing to be paid at time of booking. Non wine pairing menu priced at £40 for 3 courses and non-alcoholic cocktail.
